Overview & Intentions

• The CoDAO Builder’s Circle is a single Coordinape Gift Circle managed by the Coordinape foundation for the purpose of supporting the adoption and refinement of the Social Oracle and the reputation economy that supports it.
• intended uses of the Circle:

  • Grants for Open Source Building that supports the growth of Social Oracle Reputation on the Super Chain. i.e. Integration of onchain GIVE as a reputation data source in web3 apps and protocols.

  • Compensating Governance and operations of CoDAO, to support the underlying reputation economy (CO) and the Social Oracle.

  • Other community incentives as needed.

• Monthly Distributions for Builders & DAO Role Holders,
• Distribution amount per Epoch will be flexible, and will scale as new participants are onboarded

• Onchain reputation will be vetted to approve inclusion.
• Inclusion will be immediate upon approved plan or role designation.

Gift Circle Details & Process

• The CoDAO Builder’s Circle will be a Managed Gift Circle
  • Coordinape and CoDAO representatives will control ~90% of the GIVE.
  • Other participants (builders, etc) will be able to GIVE smaller amounts based on their own preferences.
• Epochs will be monthly
• Builders can update their progress with Contributions within Coordinape to receive GIVE.
• Generally, allocations will be made in a Retrospective fashion, intended to support completed work and milestones.
